These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and jeli live (hereinafter referred to as "jeli live", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the jeli live website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated products and services including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots library, and crash games.

By completing the account registration process on jeli live, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager or participating in any game available on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any jeli live service.

jeli live reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires: references to "Account" mean the registered jeli live player account associated with a unique username and password; references to "Platform" mean the jeli live website and all services accessible via it; references to "BDT" or "৳" mean Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the Platform; references to "Wager" or "Bet" mean any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or crash game via the Platform.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive and controlling text. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall have contractual weight.

Access to jeli live is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account on the Platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on jeli live. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jeli live employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification procedures. Any account where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jeli live is operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. jeli live makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. If use of the Platform is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not register or use the service.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on jeli live. The creation of duplicate accounts, multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeli live reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or recent transactions.

2.4 Mental Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and are capable of entering into a binding agreement. You also confirm that you are not registering as a form of compulsive gambling and that you are aware of the financial risks associated with real-money betting and gaming.

To access real-money betting and gaming features on jeli live, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jeli live relies on the information you provide to comply with its player protection and anti-fraud obligations.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide: a valid full name (matching your government-issued identification document), a unique username, a secure password, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number (for OTP verification), a date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above, and a preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally.

3.2 KYC Verification

jeli live operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity and age at any time — including at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jeli live strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified jeli live of a suspected security breach via the support channel.

3.4 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeli live support immediately via live chat. jeli live will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress. jeli live accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

All financial transactions on jeli live are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jeli live supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. No other currencies or payment methods are currently accepted.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Bank transfer deposits carry a higher minimum; exact figures are displayed on the Deposit page within your account. Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time for mobile money transactions under normal operating conditions. jeli live does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of jeli live.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business hours. jeli live reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. jeli live may refuse or delay a withdrawal if the requested destination account does not match the source of deposited funds and a satisfactory explanation cannot be provided.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jeli live does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount deposited in ৳ BDT is credited in full to your account wallet, with no deductions applied by jeli live at the point of deposit.

4.5 Refused Transactions

jeli live reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation, and the account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

jeli live offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be stated clearly and completely at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal terms in Section 4.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jeli live reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player history, payment method, geographic location, or any other criteria it deems relevant. Players who are identified as operating multiple accounts will be disqualified from all bonus offers, and any bonus funds credited to such accounts will be voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds to cash, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times — constitutes bonus abuse. jeli live reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

jeli live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Any bonus credited to an account prior to a promotion's withdrawal will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time it was credited, unless fraud or system error is involved.

All betting and gaming activity on jeli live is subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific event or game type.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by jeli live. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation showing a unique bet reference number. jeli live reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where the Platform reasonably suspects the integrity of a market has been compromised.

6.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a price or odds are displayed in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — jeli live reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. jeli live will not honour manifestly incorrect prices regardless of whether bets were placed on them in good faith.

6.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspensions during critical match moments (e.g., wickets, goals, penalties) while the market is recalculated. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned. The live match data displayed on the Platform is for informational purposes and may be subject to slight delay; jeli live accepts no liability for any losses resulting from a player acting on delayed data.

6.4 Casino Games and RNG Integrity

All casino games available on jeli live are sourced from certified providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG processes. jeli live has no mechanism to alter game outcomes and makes no such interventions.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event winnings and maximum payout limits per day may apply to certain markets and game types. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. Where a payout exceeds the applicable maximum, jeli live will pay the maximum stated limit and void the excess. Players are advised to check applicable limits before placing high-stakes wagers.

jeli live maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to jeli live support.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating live game or sports outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.3 of these Terms.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where jeli live reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending bets and casino game rounds; withhold the entire account balance pending investigation; recover any amounts paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities.

Either party — the Player or jeli live — may close or suspend a jeli live account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on which party initiates it and the reason for closure.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

A Player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting jeli live support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, provided the account is in good standing and all applicable KYC requirements have been met. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to standard re-verification procedures.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons

Players who wish to close their account due to gambling-related concerns may activate a self-exclusion from Account Settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of any request from the Player. jeli live takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously and will not reverse an active self-exclusion within its stated window. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by jeli live

jeli live reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (inactive account policy applies — see below); or any other reason jeli live deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform and its players.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jeli live will notify the account holder via their registered contact details prior to applying any inactive account policy. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support and complete any applicable re-verification process.

8.5 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent closure of an account — whether voluntary or initiated by jeli live — any pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the closure is the result of fraud or a material breach of these Terms, in which case jeli live may withhold balances pending the outcome of its investigation. jeli live's obligations to a closed account are limited to those expressly stated in these Terms.
